Can I format the software of chinese mobile and reinstall the nokia software OS?

I use GFive U800 Mobile. I want to install a java OS or any nokia like software in my mobile. Its to play the common java games. ( The main intention is to play some common small games in the mobile which my chinese phone doesn't support)
