Can I Fix This Buick Regal Transmission Shift Problem Myself?

I have a 96 Buick Regal with codes from the engine light ..

P0753 Shift Solenoid A Circuit
P0758 Shift Solenoid B Circuit
P1441 Manufacturer Aux Emission Control
P1864 Manufacturer Transmission Control

A search only returned the codes listed above:

Anybody had any of these before?
Any suggestions?

The car runs great after its moving.. Takes about 3 seconds with my foot on the gas to start moving in motion and shifts good.. just takes off slow and hard to go up hills..

Any help appreciated! Thanks!!
