can I fit any ohter ECU on a 2001 Honda Civic?

I was wondering could I fit a 02-06 RSX or 05-present Civic SI ECU or from any other Honda on my 01 Civic EX
people tell me if I get a diffrent ecu and tune it the I will get better V-tec reaction
 
Yah but y would u want to do that?

Are u Turboing it... A big shot of nitrous...??

Or do u think its liek in Need For Speed where you buy a Nicer ECu and makes ur car faster?
