I got a 1997 TJ and just put on the OME 2.5" lift. I must have had some saggy springs 'cause I got more than 2.5" of lift.
I want to run a 33x12.50 but I'm worried that they will rub on the control arms or swaybar. I considered running a 33x10.50 but they look way to narrow on all of the TJs that I've seen with that tire size.
So what does everyone think? Can I go with a full size 33"? Or should I go with the narrower tire? Should I get some spring spacers for a little more lift? ***Body lift is out of the question***
I should probably mention that I just ordered some 15x8 black steelies with 4" of backspacing...
Looking at the BFG KM2, the original KM (if I can find them), Firestone Destination M/T, or the Cooper SST - but the last two do not come in a 33x10.50
