Can i fit 24" rims on my 2008 Kia Sorento Ex if i get it raised?

I want to put on these 24" rims on my 2008 kia sorento but idk if i can fit them on there

can this be possible if i got it raised? whats the biggest rims i can fit if i got it raised?
