I ordered a teeth whitening pen from the website call white teeth pro. They charged me $2.95 for shipping and let me try the product free for 14 days after that if I don't call to cancel then they'll charge me $89. However, I never recieved any products from them but they charged my bank account $89 after 14 days from order date. I wasn't aware of this charge because I didn't know how long it'll take for them to ship the item so I just kept waiting. When the company took the money out from my bank account, it caused me to have overdraft fee and another overdraft fee for the transaction that I made the same day for the total of $74.
I called the company to ask for refund because I never got the products then they gave me the refund for $2.95 and $89. Then I went to the bank to ask if they can give me refund for the 2 overdraft fees which associated with this transaction. The bank refused to refund me and said that it's not their responsible which I understand. However, the bank told me that they can give me refund for the overdraft fees if I have the official refund letter from the company. So I called the company back to ask them to issue me the refund letter so I can get money back from the bank but they said I have to call back. I'm tired of running around trying to get my $74 back. I might not be a big money but to me it means so much. I'm a mother of 2 young children and I only work part time to help my husband out so every bit of money I got it means a lot to our family.
I'm thinking about filing lawsuit against the company but I don't know anything about it. Can somebody help me please?
I didn't give them my bank account no. but the credit card no.
for all you close minded: I wasn't aware of getting charged for the stuffs that I don't recieve, I'm a responsible person and I won't be asking for help if it was my fault.
I'm not broke or poor but I'm appreciate every bit of money I got from my job so every once in a while I'd like to treat myself a little. So don't judge me when you're not even know me, PLEASE!!!!
