Hello it seems to me I'm one of the most unluckiest people to have four ps3's that have failed on me within 90 days. Note these are all refurbish models. Sony has informed me these systems are post to meet factory standards but they fail on me less than 2 weeks heck this one i have has a loud an i mean a loud fan similar to a blow dryer an that only took 5 minutes to notice. I have the 40 gig and i call corporate multiple times an they cant offer me a slim but one of them is trying to attempt but im wondering can I file a lawsuit since its similiar violation to the lemon law.
Can I file a lawsuit to sony? Please read.?
