Here is the story. I am active duty navy and I am taking a microbiology class Mondays from 1-4pm. Monday is my only off day throughout the week. I have had two absences from the class due to severe illness, which I provided documentation for. And I have had to leave early twice, both times because of my military duties. I, again ,have to go to a miss class because of my military duty. I communicate all of these things to the professor. Everytime I attempt to do this, he is extremely rude. Today, when I told him about the trip, he actually told me "not to interupt him". He then told me that he would like to speak to my commanding officer! I am tired of being treated this way, and I would like to inform someone about his actions and his treatment of not only active duty military, but also his students. Who should I talk to?

You can talk to the dean, but I wouldn't expect much to come of it. If you've got a full-time job that takes precedence over your studies and you knew it would, maybe this wasn't the best time to take a class. The prof is under no obligation to make special arraignments for you.
