I really just want to go before a judge and get a ruling on whether or not my neighbor can plant a row of leiland which (when grown) will block me from access/use of the part of my property on which there is an easement for an existing driveway and for the purpose of "landscaping to green the driveway". I have a letter that clearly states that "no fencing" is allowed under the easement. But, to me, a row of leiland when grown represents an equivalent of a fence.
