Can I face Criminal Charges if I put a video on youtuve that helps israelis

dodge the military draft? I am thinking of putting a Video up on youtube to help People in Israel Dodge the Draft.
However, I live in America.
They require 2 years of forced slavery for girls and boys who are just 18 yr old kids.

If I were to put up a video on youtube, telling them what to do to dodge the draft, Can I face any criminal charges here in America?
