C city4eva New member Aug 24, 2010 #1 i have lots of spare time at the moment and feel like going to the gym most days. I need to really work on my chest and biceps - so far i have done: Sunday Chest Monday Biceps and i was hoping to do chest again tomorrow - will this be ok?
