I heard you have to wait an 1-2 hours after eating to start exercise.
when I wait that long I lose my energy and motivation to do it
So can I exercise after I eat dinner? this is what I ate
For dinner I had a salad with LOTS of white meat chicken, 1/2 cup of kidney beans, tomato, 1tbs of balsamic vinager
for snack, small apple with 1/2 of nonfat cottage cheese with a sprinkle of raisins and cinnamon.
its not that big right?
