4 days ago i upgraded my AT&T contract and got a BlackBerry Torch 9800 for free. I'm unhappy with the setup of the phone and the phone freezes on certain apps. I'm not happy with the availability of the apps and the quatlity of them. I didn't realize that the BB was mainly for business purposes. I would like to exchange it for the Aria. I know that you're allowed up to 30 days to return any phone but my real question i guess would be: Can i get the Aria for free? It is displayed as a free phone at the store, just as the BB Torch i picked was. So can i just exchange phones no questions asked, or do i have to pay for the Aria?
