B brittany New member May 5, 2013 #1 I just purchased an alltel phone today on 4/25/13. I got the alcatel phone, which was free. Ive only have it a few hours and I dont like it. Im under a contract, and wanna know if I can go back up to alltel and exchange it for another phone.
