Can I edit my cell phone plan after I've renewed? (T-Mobile)?

I just upgrade some phones on my family plan with T-Mobile.
I know that after upgrading, it automatically renews the 2 year plan.
My question is, am I able to change my minutes even though the plan has just been renewed?

I have 1000 family minutes, and I want to change to 750 minutes. Can I do this online or with customer service?
If I can change, will there be any fees?
