Can I eat tons of negative calorie fruits and still lose weight?

Hi all. I am trying to lose weight effeciently, however I have the munchies ALL THE TIME. So, I'm sick of eating green beans and carrots. I know you can eat as many veggies as you want without adding it to your calorie intake, however are negative calorie fruits such as apples and oranges the same as eating negative calorie veggies like green beans and cabbage the same? I need to know what to munch on....hormones are making me have crazy munchies!!
