Can I eat this without gaining weight?

OK, I'm a 13 year old boy and For breakfast tomorrow I am going to have a bowl of quick oats (same thing as quaker oats just says different) It has like 120 calories or so and 3 grams of fat. I want to add brown sugar and cinnamon but I don't know of I should. I had it with honey today so. And I also normaly add skim milk and brown sugar with cinnamon so what should I take out/ put in it???
