Can I eat/drink pure grape seed oil?
I have a ridiculously fast metabolism, I eat lots, train with heavy weights, rest well but I don't put on size very fast. I do build muscle fast and get stronger but I just get more refined and cut instead of gaining muscle mass. I'm hungry all the time and wanna add lots of fat to my diet to actually have fat on my body. What are some healthy ways of doing this? Grape seed oil I hear is a very healthy fat, would it be healthy to mix a couple table spoons in with a shake for some extra calories or will this just lead to clogged arteries and me running to the porcelain god?
