Can i eat after getting my cavaties removed?

okay tuesday they removed my 3 cavaties its been saturday they told be my stiches will dissapear in a week can i eat now? regulary like cereal chicken etc...? please 10 points
and plus im scared to eat now because im afriad i might damage my tooth :P
