I bleached and dyed my hair blue for the summer, but I have to have a "natural" hair color for school. I was wondering if I had to fade the blue all the way to blonde before I dye it auburn. It's pretty faded right now, but its not as blonde as it was to begin with. Your advice is greatly appreciated.
Can I dye my hair a permanent color on top of a semi permanent one?
