im 13 my mom said i can dye my hair black and i want to but im a blonde and im worried about how my eyebrows will look, so should i dye them black as well? if so, what shade? and any tips on how? and plz dont say im too young to dye my hair ive dyed it brown and pink and back to blonde i dont need any shit on it.
