These trips are pretty intense. usually 7 to 8 hours straight climing up steep hills, moutain trails, snow shoeing.. ect. IT will be like this everyday for 5-6 days. I only got a little bit of fat covering my abdominals. I would say im about 11-12% body fat. If i bring good food and have no junk the whole week, can i drop a couple percent??
