can i drive my '92 ford taurus without bumpers?

i went fishing and i was leaving and my car bottomed out and both bumpers shattered and broke my dad was saying i need the main bumper not the bumper cover but i don't see any bumper at all just the bumper cover so i need to know very badly if i'm able to still drive it legally i drove it today and no cops said anything and i live in Florida to
