I don't know about fun for mobile, but their is an app in the android market called "zedge", which has thousands of ringtones, wallpapers, and notification sounds for free. I have used to find many different tones and i really enjoy this application. Also if you take a picture with your phone, go to your gallery, it will be mixed in with your other apps, and find a picture you want to make your wallpaper, choose a picture, hit menu, then more, then set as, and choose wallpaper.
