can i download bootable image of windows xp sp3 from the internet?

SP3 is free from microsoft you can get the files and create a bootable disc with nero if you like

this will not be a bootable copy of windows it will only be SP3 and the updates it provides

to get windows xp you will have to buy it try lookin at college computer stores i got my windows xp operating system for $7 with my student discount

There's this thing called an "electronics" store..they sell all types of software..
Google it.
