Unfortunately no, you can't download it. You Can go to any HD Dealer and order it though, they are around $20 and WELL worth the expense. If you intend on doing ANY work to the bike yourself, also invest in the FACTORY Service and Electrical Diagnostics Manuals....Clymer and Haynes are JUNK, they are crap for the older bikes, as they left out critical info that only HD puts in their books, now, with the injected bikes, they are even worse, they don't include ANYTHING about electrical issues...HD has a completely seperate book for all electrical work.
