I would like to download a free computer bluetooth, or a bluetooth dongle. Is there like any sites out there that offers the whole package for free? I need to transfer a game to my phone and don't want to have to buy the USB extension cord, or do I want to add internet access to my phone for the game. So please if there's any way you could help, I would very much appreciate it.

You can't download a bluetooth dongle, it's an actual piece of hardware that plugs into your computer. You can buy Bluetooth adapters for very cheap on ebay though, although if you're going to buy the bluetooth adapter, might as well buy the USB cord!
