Can I down load the digital copies that come w/movies onto a PSP?

I am planning on buying a PSP for my husband, but I find it completely ridiculous to purchase separate games and movies. I noticed that new movies are coming out with digital copies. Is that only for Ipod or can it be for the psp too? Also, can psp games be played on PS3 systems? (I know ps3 games can't be played on the psp). Help Please!
 
I have a psp and yes the psp games can be played on the ps3 by remote play wich is already built into the psp so yes buy him one it is the best thing to get if you have a ps3
