I am 13 and barely have breast. i started growing them in the beggening of last year. But they are still the same size. Is something wrong with me. they really hurt when i push down on them, but i thought that was with all girls with boobs. please no duragatory comments. i just want an answer. Becuase they started to grow and just stoped for no reason. and wont start again. its been almost a year and a half and they are like 2 and a half inches of my ribcage-skin-regular-chest part. please help!!
