can't see anywhere more suitable to do so on here. have just been to see the stage version in cardiff's millenium centre and wasn't really that impressed. the wizard of oz is my favourite film of all time and i've seen it too many times to count. therefore i was annoyed at the changes made in this slightly amateurish show.
they got rid of toto (a mongrel, not a cairn terrier) in munchkin land by saying that the munchkins would look after him, which in my mind caused all sorts of unresolved problems
they added one pointless song that was never in the original film when dorothy et al get captured and taken to the witches castle. and at the end, dorothy said that uncle henry and aunt em were in oz too (aunt em- glinda) no no no no no!
many more problems i had with it, but i'm jabbering on a bit and i don't even know if any of you will even care!
