im cooking in college tomorow and im making a spiced plum crumble. I have 2 hours in the lesson as i have to prepare 15 plums, the crumble topping, then cook the plums with spices for 10mins and then put them in the oven for 30mins, take photos and wash up everything (baring in mind we have 2 sinks between 8 of us) so its hard to tidy whilst cooking.
I was just wondering if i could de-stone the plums beforehand to save myself a bit of time in the lesson or if by cutting them id loose freshness and they wouldnt be as nice?
