Can i cook tou tonight and it be good to eat in the morning or should i wait and cook it in the morning?

Im vegaterian and have bout 2 hours before school to shower and i really want to bring tofu to eat im going to bake it then just bring some vegatables so will it be good to do so tonight or tomorrow?
