I am making a 3-layered 9-inch cake. I am doubling a two-layered 8-inch cake recipe. (wow, that was confusing)
Now, can I bake three 9-inch cakes in the oven at the same time? I've done two 8-inch pans and they turned out great. I'm just not sure about three 9-inch.
