With my boyfriends 5 pm to 5 am work schedule its hard to cook a dinner, seeing how we are on that sleeping schedule too. Can i cook a roast in a slow cooker over night? Will it be done? would two hours be ok for the potato and carrot? or should i add them tonight? help please!
