Can I convert my mp3 player into a flash drive?

I see many topics on converting a flash drive into an mp3 player but not the other way around. Is this possible? The make and model is:

1GB Sansa Sandisk

I am sure you don't even have to do any converting. Chances are..its already a flash drive. Just drag and drop the files that you want over to the device and waalah.
