I am trying to do a lot of research right now regarding real estate investing. I've already bought books and scoured the internet but that hasn't answer my specific questions. I have a list of questions about financing that I need answered by a lender. What's the best way to get a hold of one, and are they generally able/willing to explain everything for free?

If so, would it then be rude if I didn't give them my business later on when I need the financing?
Answer 1: Thanks... I know they are the best source, I was asking if they would offer me free financial advice and the best way to find a good one. I have no attorney.

Part 1:

They (and your attorney) are the best source for accurate info.

Part 2: If so, would it then be rude if I didn't give them my business later on when I need the financing?

Why not approach the lender with whom you expect to do business?

Good Luck!
