I want to connect my laptop with a PC card that will connect to my laptop to the internet where ever I go, however I do not have a cell phone and do not wish to purchase one. Can I, for example, get a PC card from AT&T or such and not have a cell phone. Or is there another way I can purchase PC cards that can connect to my laptop to the internet where ever I go while traveling. And I cannot set up a network where I am staying since I am always moving.
