Can i connect bluetooth device into pc?

1) I my conect cellphone into pc
2) i need device which increase my pc bluetooth suport upto 100 or more
3) im using bluetooth handsfree
4) i want to know if income call is coming can i connect it with use pc or cellphone,i means pc automaticly can transfer the call into bluetooth handsfree
