Can I connect an MP3 player to my 2004 Honda Accord?

I have an "AUX" button on the stereo, (which is actually labelled "CD/AUX" which activates the CD player).

Does that mean an MP3 player could be attached, as well? If so, how would I go about doing it?

yes AUX mean auxiliary input (or in your case MP3).

You basically attach your MP3 (cable) to what looks like a earphone jack (the aux INPUT) and then press that button. You may have to press it twice (once = CD / twice = MP3).
