I was in the Army for four years, active duty the entire time. I was honorably discharged a couple months ago and I haven't worked since. I am moving to FL and am wondering if I can claim unemployment in FL even though my Home of Record at entry, discharge, and the entire time in between was New Mexico.
Can I claim unemployment in FL if I was in the Army but my home of record was NM?
