Can I claim the road tax that i paid in chennai when i re-register my bike in AP.?

I want to move my bike that is registered with RTO chennai. I took this bike on 18 july, 2008. I have moved the bike to AP now and want to get it registered there. So while registereing there, i need to pay the complete road tax in AP. My question is what happens to the road tax that i paid in chennai ? Can i get it claimed (on a pro-rated basis)
