I was born in Mexico and was brought to the US when i was 2, over 15 years ago, ever since I haven't left the country. My mother and I haven't legalized our status so therefore I'm still an illegal immigrant, but I'm wondering if I could claim in-state tuition considering all my schooling has occurred here (Colorado). Could the records of my school be considered a form of verifying my location through all these years?
& Also does anyone know the status of the Dream Act in Colorado?
And please no rude comments, I've lived here my entire life and consider myself as much american as i consider myself mexican.
