...car? is dat legal? i got into a car accident. one insurance will be sending me the check for the bill for my emergency room visit directly to me in my name. my car insurance also covers me for hospital expenses can i also get a check from them (thus getting 2 checks) or will my insurance seek payment from the person at fault's insurance? is it legal
