Can I change Phones if I have the Vodafone Card from Verizon?

My Blackberry Tour has the Verizon Wireless Vodafone Card in it. Does this open the possibility to changing phones just as simple as T-Mobile or something? Like my friend has a Verizon Wireless Flip Phone that has the same size port. Can I put this card in the phone and still have my service? Basically I'm asking if I can switch phones quickly like Tmobile. Without having to call in or go online.
 
No, the Sim Card is for Internationally roaming.. It has no use here in the US. You will still need to call verizon and have the phones switched over.
