how do i do it.? My iphone is not jailbreak so i wish to change the background. I understand u can do it when u jailbreak it but i dont want to jailbreak it.
no you can't. unless you jailbreak.. but if you wait a week or 2 apple is releasing a new firmware called 4.0 and in that update you can change background (app background) and do heaps more free update
