We rescued a dog from a no kill shelter that has spent the last 4 years there! He is about 8 years old. The dog is VERY skiddish and fearful. Being outside of the pound in the big world is a big change and we are having to rehabilitate the dog. It is like a 8 year old puppy starting from scratch. So we have are hands full. My question is I hate his name. (Cinder) He is so skiddish he sometimes dosent even respond to it. I really would like to change the name but I dont want to mess up what little progress we have made with him so far. We have had him 2 months now.
Can I change my fearful skidish Dogs Name?
