if my life is at risk and the cops don't care and i'm supposed to go to court as a subpoena and i don't want to because my life will be put into serious danger, is there anyway i can challenge the subpoena to get out of going to court?
yes, i told the cops everything. they don't care.
i'm very close to just not going to the trial and going to jail for contempt of court, but is there any other way?
