Can i carry a passenger on my 50cc moped on my car P plate licence?

I have my Learners now and in 2 months i will have my P's. I know I am able to ride the bike with my car license because it's a 50cc scooter but can i carry a pillion with me that doesn't hold a license. It will be registered for two. I live on the gold coast QLD and i will be 17 years old.
