Can I cancel and get a refund on a Honda Care Extended Warranty plan?

I just bought a brand new Honda Civic Si. I thought I had prepared for everything and I felt well researched but at the last minute they sprung the Honda Care plan on me and I really wasn't expecting it. They gave me a bunch of figures in quick succession and just the monthly cost of the plan. Well I've just gotten home and calculated it all and figured out they're charging me $2500 for the plan, and after doing some research saw where I can buy this care plan from any dealership and some are offering it as low as $650. Having already signed the contract and all, is it too late to cancel and get a full refund so that I can buy it elsewhere for much cheaper?
 
many times than not, you are able to cancel the warranty and get your money back--but there is usually a very small fee for doing so.

Call the dealership where you purchased the car from and speak with the finance dept. they will tell you as they have records of your contract.
