i am going to hawaii this summer. i am a poor styudent and was planning on camping on beaches for the summer. the question is, where can i camp, do i need a permit, if so where can i get one, what about fishing?
basically im trying to get there with minimal funds, and was wondering if this whole "bumming hawaii" thing is feasible... any feedback is helpful and appreciated!!
